We love Paris. Giving tourists the opportunity to live in Paris as a real Parisian is a pleasure for us! Our apartment is a small nest nestled north of Paris, ideal for 2 people (Possible for a couple with a child: an inflatable mattress -confortable! - can be installed upstairs). In short, do not wait to discover the most beautiful city in the world! We live in a duplex of 50m ² on the third and second floor (no elevator) of a typical old Parisian building. Our apartment is very bright, comfortable and well equipped. We moved in 2008. The decor is modern. On the third floor, you will find a large room of 25m ², integrating the living room and the open kitchen. Crossing, giving on both a busy street and a quiet courtyard, the whole is comfortable and bright. The accommodation is well equipped with wifi connection, television, Bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, oven ... A staircase leads to the 2nd floor where you will find the room of 10 m², located side yard so very quiet. The bed has a 140X190cm mattress. Next door, the bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and under the stairs is the toilet. The entire 2nd floor has been completely redecorated in 2018. You will have access to all the rooms of the apartment except the office which will be locked, allowing us to store our belongings. We will be very happy to welcome you and give you good advice to live "like a Parisian"! We also have very good friends who will be very happy to help you or give you some advice on the addresses we love in the neighborhood but also throughout the city! We speak English and French. The district is cosmopolitan and particularly trendy (the newspapers speak of "Parisian Berlin"! At the foot of the apartment, there are many small shops (bagels, burgers, bakery ...) as well as famous addresses (Lomi coffee, Small Drops terrace, wine bar In bulk, etc. There is a large covered market where you can find everything you want! Finally, the metro, located in front of our building, will not fail to take you to all other areas of the city. :-) Access: 1 minute walk from the metro station (line 12 - station "Marx Dormoy"). Direct access to the stations: Abbesses "Montmartre" (5 minutes), Gare St Lazare (12 minutes), Place de la Concorde (15 minutes), National Assembly (17 minutes), Gare Montparnasse (25 minutes), Porte de Versailles ( 35 minutes) ... And, in the street, in front of the door, 2 bus lines (35 and 38) to Gare du Nord (5 minutes), Gare de l'Est (10 minutes), Center Pompidou / Châtelet (20 minutes), Notre -Dame (30 minutes). At the foot of the building you will also find a Velib 'station (self-service bicycles at low cost).
