Autumn to Summer

Three story house built in 2011. The house has access to the three beautiful beaches of the village on foot. It is located 300 meters away from Agios Ioannis beach, 500 meters away from Papa Nero beach and 1000 meters away from the extraordinary Plaka beach with the thick sand and the imposing rocks. The ski resort of Pelion is 30 km away. There are also many mapped hiking trails for any difficulty and for all seasons of the year. The main entrance is at the top of the stairs (40 steps). There are internal staircases which lead upstairs and downstairs. As you might expect the house is unfortunately not ideal for elders or people with mobility issues since there is no elevator. Also, families with toddlers or very young children in general should have that in mind and be able to supervise them so that accidents can be avoided. The house consists of three bedrooms with double beds and three bathrooms. We provide screens for all the doors and the windows, central heating, central antenna installation with TV set in the living room and each one of the bedrooms, wifi 24kbps, a/c in the living room and in two of three bedrooms. Among others, some amenities are a laptop, board games, blue-ray and DVD player with a collection of movies. At the village there is an ATM machine and a pharmacy, if needed. There is also a heath center at Zagora (nearby village approximately 30' by car). Endless mapped hiking trails leading to nearby villages such as Kissos, Ntamouxari, Fakistra, Mylopotamo, Tsagarada etc. Enjoy nature at its best. For winter activities, the house is located 30' away from the Ski Center of Chania.
