Direct access to lovely garden- close to DTU

A cosy apartment located at the ground floor with direct access to the garden. The living room is facing south and west which makes it very bright. It’s a 3-room apartment, 71 m2, converted to 2 rooms. The double bed is in connection with the living room. A single bed, adult size, is placed in the child room as well as a desk.In the kitchen there is a small desk and a stool. Private washing machine and a drying room is placed in the basement. The apartment is suitable for 1-2 adults + a child. The neighbourhood is located in a very attractive part of Lyngby close to green areas, the forest and the sea. The location is perfect for nature- and sports lovers – 2 minutes from great mountainbike trail, hiking and running trails, tennis courts, public swimming pool, and the “Dyrehaven” which is a wonderful forest area and a part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site (3.6 km away). The apartment is just a 4 minutes bike ride from DTU and 8 minutes to Lyngby which is a cosy city with shops, super markets, designs, restaurants, cinema etc.. Transportation options are many: local train (10 minutes by foot), Lyngby station with busses and trains, public bus direct to Copenhagen (10 minutes walk) or the highway will take you to Copenhagen in 35-45 minutes. I have one outdoor cat- Findus. She is friendly and spend most of her time outside (also during the night). You just have to let her in/out once in a while to get some food. If you like to have fun with her during your stay you are welcome . Otherwise please let me know and I will find a solution.
