Key features of this beautiful Villa and the premises: * The entrance of the villa has ample parking space where your 2 cars can be parked with ease. * We have 24 hours security and CCTV cameras all around the property. * These luxury villas have private swimming pool, Open Shower area, Pool with Deck area and 2 Sun beds. * The living area opens on to a cabana with a comfortable sofa set, a well landscaped lawn, independent garden, and courtyard. * A sprawling living room with 2 cassette air conditions, 10 seater sofa, stepped up to an open style dining and kitchen area and a Powder Room for a quick touch up. * The kitchen is equipped with a Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Water Filter, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Gas/Electric Stove, all the required pots and pans, cutlery, crockery. Wine glasses, whiskey glasses, ice buckets etc are well stocked. * The home is essentially of 4 bedrooms. One bedroom resides on the lower level and three on the upper level. * All the bedrooms are fully air conditioned with attached bathrooms. Each Bedroom has a double bed, a large balcony with 2 bedrooms having a LED TV with Satellite connection. The master bathroom has his and hers sinks, a linen cupboard, a bathtub and a shower cubicle with a rain shower. * All the bedrooms have Soft bed linen, comforters, hand / Bath / pool towels and extra mattresses if you require them. All bed linens and towels will be changed every 2 days. * Free unlimited High Speed Wi-Fi (50 Mbps) is available in the entire Villa. * In case of electricity blackouts we have a Genset which provides a full back up which can manage lights & fan as well as Air-conditioners. * A Washing Machine, Iron and Ironing board is also available. - The Entire Villa, - The Private Swimming Pool - Private Cubana, - Private Landscaped lawn, - Free WIFI etc I might not always be available to meet the guest but I have a Property manager who is available during the day to guide and help the guest with anything they require during their stay. Temperature checks will be done by the security at the gate before entry even if you move out of the gate for 5 mins. • All guests must comply with government regulations either fully vaccinated or RT-PCR negative test 48 hours prior to check in • All the guests have to wear a mask at all times and maintain social distancing in the common area. • Hand sanitizer Stand is kept at the entrance of your villa & we urge you to use it each time you enter the villa. • Prevailing rules & regulations regarding Covid Which is enforced by the government must be strictly adhered to. This includes any curfews set. • If any guest shows any Covid like Symptoms and feel they need to have a medical assessment, they must immediately inform our manager. • During Housekeeping of the villa, we request all Guest to either exit the villa or remain in one room. This is to ensure there is minimum contact with our staff & guest.
