Cottage has a private balcony. Approx 40mins to Falls Creek, 35mins to Bright. Perfect getaway for any time of the year. There are 6 cottages on the 3 acre property. There are blocks of two cottages adjoining and each cottage is private and quiet with views of the gardens and/or bush/mountains. Go to sleep at night listening to the beautiful sounds of the flowing creek water of Simmonds Creek which winds its way along the base of the property and awake in the morning to an orchestra of bird calls. The cottage has its own private verandah with comfortable outdoor seating. Parking is free but not undercover. There is a short path (with a handrail and three steps) from the carpark down to the entrance to the Cottage. There is a designated cycle/walking path that goes from the Spa Unit into Mt Beauty township and Tawonga South. It is less than 2kms to the Mt Beauty/Tawonga South township where there are many shops and restaurants. The property encompasses 3 acres of natural bushland setting and garden with large open grass areas. Set back from quiet Simmonds Creek Road, my property consists of 6 self contained cottages that are well spaced apart for privacy. The neighbourhood is very quiet, set in a semi rural setting. The main township and shops of Mount Beauty are less than 2kms away. There are also restaurants, cafes, Newsagency/Post Office and fuel only 1.8kms away. There is a wide walking/cycling path beside the road, that you can walk/cycle into the main township. There are beautiful walking trails that start from near the property.
