Well positioned 3br home approx. a 500m walk to the beach at Moonta Bay. House comprises 3br and 2 bathrooms, it can accomodate up to 6 guests. Fully enclosed yard with plenty of onsite parking for cars, boat and/or caravan. Pet friendly, free WIFI and DVD player, heating and cooling ( 2 split systems at either end of the house), outdoor facilities include BBQ, and fish cleaning sink. Master bedroom consists of a queen sized bed, ensuite, walk in robe and access to outdoor deck. 2nd bedroom; queen sized bed and built in robe. 3rd bedroom; x2 single beds with built in robe. 4th bedroom; locked for owner's private use. Fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave and coffee machine. Laundry facilities available, basic bedding supplied including pillow and quilts. **GUESTS EXPECTED TO SUPPLY THEIR OWN TOWELS** Pet friendly- pet bond required and to remain outside. Entire house expect 1 bedroom which is locked for owners use only. Owners can be contacted via email or phone. (Number supplied on booking) Moonta Bay is a beautiful quiet little town on the York Peninsula. It's an approx a 160km drive from Adelaide. It is situated between Wallaroo and Port Hughes and a 15min drive to the Kadina township. Whilst in Moonta why not visit Moonta Mines, relax on the pristine beach with some fish and chips, throw a line at either the jetty of Moonta Bay or Port Hughes, or even take the kids to the Splash town on the esplanade of Moonta Bay. Moonta Bay is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Short stroll to Moonta Bay Beach and Jetty. Moonta township is approx a 5 mins car ride. Port Hughes, Kadina and Wallaroo within close proximity. Local taxi service available too.
