Semi detached 3 bedroom cottage on holiday park. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms with extra sofa bed in lounge. 2 bathrooms with showers (no bath). Open plan reverse living upstairs fully equipped with smart TV, DVD and Freeview, super fast Wifi. Sunny balcony overlooking open green. Use of shared swimming pool & gym. Restaurant & bar on site. The holiday home is reverse living. It has a large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen upstairs. There are patio doors leading to an upstairs balcony area with garden furniture and parasol. Ideal to eat alfresco and enjoy the view of the Tamar Valley. It overlooks an open green space, with views to Plymouth Sound in the distance. Downstairs are 3 double sized bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms/shower rooms. There is an outdoor seating area with another garden table and chairs under the balcony. This faces an open green space and childrens play area. Whilst this area is outside it offers shelter! Free parking on site. There is a local bus stop at the entrance to the Holiday Park. Buses run to nearby villages and towns and link to Devon and Cornish cities. There is a small railway station 15-20 minutes walk from the Holiday Park. Trains run to Plymouth main station, taking you over an ancient Viaduct with stunning views. I will not be on site, but available to assist with any queries or problems, usually within a few hours. Thanks The Tamar Valley is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and within easy reach of National parks, beaches, market towns and cities. Ideal for families, walkers, couples retreat and food lovers alike. Cornwall is awash with good local pub food and celeb chef restaurants with an abundance of fresh fish and local farm foods. Car travel is recommended for best experience of the local area and county. There is a bus stop at the entrance to Honicombe which links to nearby towns for onward travel. There is a rail station within 15-20 minutes walk with a stunning scenic train journey to Plymouth, taking you over an ancient viaduct. Finally, there are beautiful walks to local villages and attractions direct from Honicombe. Free use of leisure facilities on site, including a small gym, indoor pool, outdoor child pool, tennis courts and childrens play area. There is a restaurant and bar on site.
