IGA supermarket, coffee shops, pharmacy and an IGA liquor store are approximately 250m away. A children's playground and the Golf Club are a short walk away. Wallking distance to Minnamurra River, which is a popular location for swimming, fishing, and stand up paddle boarding and kayaking. This beach front house has a 2 bedroom apartment upstairs, and a 2 bedroom apartment down stairs. Access between apartments is via an external staircase and you can reserve the whole house for your next Kiama getaway! Upstairs features a large main bedroom with ocean views, a queen bed and a stylish arm chair to relax with a good book enjoying the view. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with trundles . The lounge and dining room have breathtaking views and an abundance of natural light. Cook with a view and beautiful ocean breeze in the kitchen. Downstairs features 2 bedrooms, the main with a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a set of bunk beds and its own seating area with a lounge + chaise, 40inch flat-screenTV, with built-in DVD player, Chromecast and XBOX. There is a selection of DVD movies and Xbox games. The lounge and studio kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee pod machine and plug in two burner hot plate have ground floor views and direct access to Jones Beach. The 2nd TV in the lounge area downstairs has free to air channels, a built in DVD player and Foxtel Now. There is also a 2nd Amazon Echo Dot with its Alexa virtual assistant. The large flat back yard facing the beach has gorgeous views to create happy memories, and keep the kids busy for hours. A game of cricket or a picnic while the kids play in the sand. Allow the breaking waves to lullaby you to sleep, and the rising sun in the horizon wake you from your slumber. Wonderfully loved , this home is available for stays from 2 nights to 2 months. Cleaning costs are also included in the tariffs. Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we are actively monitoring the situation and are limiting the amount of guests that stay. A check in procedure of washing hands upon arrival. Antibacterial hand sanitizers, paper towels and toilet rolls are provided.
