You are booking a studio which is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The room has a small kitchenette with everything you need for basic cooking requirements during your stay & a small dining table & chairs. These are not apartments but studios & are ideal for business or leisure. A self service room with access to all linen & cleaning products & equipment during your stay. If you would like us to service your room we charge £30. Let us know the day before please. The studios are in our Apartment hotel & we have 5 available. They are quite compact but have most things you will need for a comfortable stay. Great if you have special dietary requirements etc & want to prepare your own food. You can come & go as you please as you will have a front door code & your own key. You can even bring your well behaved pet too! It’s £20 per pet which you pay to us on arrival. Let us know if you are bringing a pet please when booking. Please don’t leave them unattended in your room. Your very own self catering, self isolation unit including all utility bills & right where you need to be! You will have access 24/7 as you will have a code for the front door & your own room key. If the reception is closed & you have an urgent enquiry please call our mobiles or send us a message via Airbnb. Your studio is located in our Apartment Hotel in a peaceful setting next to a lovely park. We are only 5 minutes walk into Sale with its eclectic mix of shops, supermarkets, coffee shops, great restaurants & waterside bars. Hop on the tram at Sale & a 15 minute journey will take you into city centre Manchester & all its attractions! Public transport is in abundance, trams, buses & taxis are only a few minutes away. Manchester airport is only 15 minutes away by taxi! You are on a self service rate. If you require a room service please let us know 24 hours in advance. We charge £30 for this service.
