Newly renovated independent house with private roof terrace, located in a typical andalusian patio, in the historic center of Conil, and 500 meters from the beach. The house has two bedrooms, living-dining room, fully equipped american kitchen with top quality furniture and appliances (refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, kitchen utensils ... towels and sheets included), bathroom and a private roof terrace of 70 square meters. El Cuartel was built in 1900 and was part of a colonial house developed around a patio with a water well and trees. In the middle of the 20th century, the colonial house was divided into several smaller units (which in Conil are usually called " partiditos "), still leaving us the original well, in which a fig tree has grown, and a wonderful lemon plant. In 2020, a total reform of the house was carried out, transforming it into what can be seen now, maintaining its original characteristics: the walls, for example, are almost one meter thick and provide excellent protection from heat, so the home it is always cool and does not need air conditioning. The area is wonderful, just 5 minutes from the beach and close to all the services of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and at the same time in a quiet area, being a closed street there is practically no noise.
