This apartment is located at the Kralingse plan; at the heart of Rotterdam’s upscale neighborhoods but most importantly its close to metro’s and across the road of Rotterdam’s main park; the perfect spot for jogging, sailing or picnic. Aside from finding ample recreational facilities right out the front door, shops and supermarket are just a stone throw away. Whereas the apartment itself is spaces at 80m2. This apartment is fully suitable for any kind of stay, its spaces at 80m2, and equipped with high quality equipment, smart tv, rolf-benz designer furniture and more. Additionally there’s a private terrace attached for guests to enjoy a morning coffee or catch some sun (although the Netherlands isn’t the ultimate place for sunbathing). Kralingse plas, a wonderful lake and park, is within 1 minute walking distance. “Lusthofstraat” offers grocery stores, shopping, and things such as hair dressers and beauty salons. It’s about 3 to 4 minutes walk. The Erasmus university and Brain-park are about 800m away, and can easily be reached by foot/bike within several minutes. Flex-bikes, something similar to Airbnb but then to rent bikes per minute, are frequently stationed just around the corner. Making it easy to rent a bike for a small fee when you need it.
