The very comfortable apartment (living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with up to 4 beds) is located on the outskirts of Gorizia and is 800m from the railway station and the exhibition center and just under 2 km from the city center. Nearby there is a swimming pool, athletics and tennis courts. The location is ideal for discovering the treasures of the city (Castle, Museum of the Great War, etc.), the Isonzo valley, the wines of the Collio, the Carso trails, Sabotino, the border with Slovenia. The apartment offers: - a seating area with sofa, table, chairs, radio and TV - a bedroom with 3 beds (two of these can be joined to a double) and a folding bed; - a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups and kitchen utensils; - a bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower, hairdryer, washing machine; - a closed veranda with drying rack for a quick drying of the clothes; - a room at the entrance dedicated exclusively to the storage of bicycles and equipped with tools for maintenance and repair. No smoking in the entire apartment. Animals are not allowed. At your disposal the living room, the kitchen, the bedroom, the bathroom, the veranda, the garden. The apartment is located in the very quiet former Villaggio degli Esuli in the Campagnuzza neighborhood. The village consists of 25 identical buildings, each of which includes 4 apartments with garden and independent entrance. It was built to accomodate the exiles who, after February 10th 1947, fled from Istria, which was definitively assigned to Yugoslavia by the Treaty of Paris. The structure is very close to sports facilities of all kinds: soccer field, swimming pool, athletics stadium, tennis courts, multi-purpose gym. Within a radius of 1 km there are grocery stores and supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bakery, bars, trattorias, restaurants, a pizzeria, a kiosk, a trade fair, the hospital, the railway station and the traffic police. The apartment is 800m from the train station and a few tens of meters from the line 1 bus stop that leads to the city center. Gorizia at the end of the nineteenth century was called "the Austrian Nice"; you can visit the medieval village and the castle, the beautiful squares, the museum of the Great War, the Synagogue, the rich art collections of Villa Coronini Cronberg. The city has a unique feature: the border with Slovenia to which it is leaning and which "divides" it from the neighboring Nova Gorica.
