Double bedroom + private bathroom & WC. Kitchen is available. Grass & patio in garden. Bedroom for 2 on the ground floor of our house. Comfortable. Private bathroom. Can enjoy the living-room with us to share conversations... Toilets on the ground floor next to the bedroom, living-room, patio and garden. We like chatting, discovering new cultures, we are interested in others. Quiet neighbourhood, well located because it's not far from Le Mans nor from the circuit. Train station in Le Mans, then tramway and bus that takes you up to the end of our street. Car (a car park is available in front of our house) We have a dog. She is adorable and playful (so don't come if you are afraid of dogs).
