Studio duplex 40m2, kitchenette, pool, AC and PK

Our studio is a charming duplex with on the groundfloor are 3 beds (up to 4) furnished with table and chairs. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, TV, wardrove and refrigerator. We are happy to provide aur guests with a baby bed -upon request. These is also a private bathroom with a large rain shower. The price is based on a 2-person stay. We ofer a very quiet studio with breakfast and parking included. Our place can welcome up to 6/7 people. Pool with their sunchairs and lawn area; nice porch with table and chairs (toaster and Nespresso in a next table). Garden of access to the studio, where the vehicle is parked. The apartaments have a separate entrance to ensure our guests with the adequate privacy. We live in the nex-door house and we are always available and happy to help them with any needs or requests. Our neighborhood is very quiet, always really here indicated that birds wake you with the advantage of being only 12 km from Barcelona and excellent communication (AP-7, Metro del Vallès, bus). A 5 'drive found a market with gourmet shops and a supermarket, next to the Metro station (Mirasol). For those coming by car, our place is located near AP-7. There is a bus stop around the corner (2-minutes walk from home). At 1.1 km, there is metro station. Trains will bring you to Barcelona - Plaza Catalunya - in less than 25 minutes. For longer stays there is the laundry and ironing at a very affordable price. Possibility to enjoy custompicnics and dinners (tapas, spanich omelette, paella, etc...). Pets are welcome, depending on their type and size. Host with pets will be communicated and additional charge for this as the website doesn't support this option.
