It is situated in the rolling hills of Tuscany amid 24 hectares of rich vegetation near the villages of Bagno di Gavorrano and Filare. The town of Follonica is about 20 km and the sea (Puntone) 10 km away. The beautiful medieval mountain villages Gavorrano (about 2 km west of Filare) and Scarlino (about 7 km southwest of Bagno di Gavorrano) are worth a visit. The nearest sandy beaches are Casetta Civilini, Puntone, Follonica, Cala Violina, Punta Ala and Castiglione della Pescaia (10-20 km from "La Villa"). The beaches are ideal for small children. The renowned Golf Club "Il Pelagone" can be reached in 10 minutes. On the property there are 4 houses. The main house with 6 independent apartments, house "Aurelia" (for 4-5 persons), the middle house with the two flats "Romeo" and „Giulietta" and the small house "Rondine" (for 2 persons). Each apartment has a separate entrance. A barbecue and ample garden furniture are available. "La Villa" has its own source. A well-maintained road (750 m) leads to "La Villa". This road is however not paved since "La Villa" is located in a nature reserve. Our on-site manager is at La Villa every day. A well-maintained natural road (750 m) leads to "La Villa". This road is not asphalted because "La Villa" is in a nature reserve, approx. 100 m of it is not suitable for a sports car. On request, the on-site manager will wash your laundry for a fee of EUR 15 / machine. In all properties of "La Villa" there is no WiFi, TV, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning and bidet. Bearbeiten
