The other entrance is accessible via an outside staircase. This part is also on two floors. It has an independent entrance, a terrace with panoramic views for exclusive use and a living room with a kitchenette equipped with every amenity and a cosy fireplace. An internal staircase leads to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The house is surrounded by its own plot, which allows you to relax and unwind completely.
