This antique country house is set in the green hills between the beautiful towns of Perugia and Assisi at abt. 2 km from Torgiano. The upper floor of the house, on the level of the front garden, has been transformed into a cosy country residence. On the lower floor, with access from the rear of the house, there are some closed rooms, all pleasantly decorated and pleasing to the eye. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and the property can accomodate up to 8 guests because there is a sofabed in the living room. Outside, there is a large, inviting outdoor space with beautiful sun terrace and an inviting swimming pool (depth 1,4 m) with Roman stairs, changing-room, outdoor shower and bathroom with shower. Besides this is a large, covered, panoramic terrace with views over Assisi and a barbecue area can be used for outdoor meals and “dolce far niente”. Upon request and payment you are able to rent mountain bikes, food tastings of local products and possibilities to book different sorts of massage or attend physical exercise classes on the property itself. The position of the holiday house is ideal for excursions to the most important touristic places in Umbria such as Perugia, Assisi, Deruta with its famous ceramics and Todi with its beautiful, historical center. There are various shops and restaurants only 2 km in Torgiano , 13 km away in Perugia, 16 km away in Assisi and 30 km away by the lake Trasimeno. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within 3 weeks after check-out.
