Beachfront family paradise - Huai Yang - Thailand

Dar El Marsa is the newest Beachfront house in Huai Yang, with a panoramic view of the sea with its 10 km sand beach from all rooms. The beach house also has a seafront Pavilion, barbecue and green garden. It is modern, comfortable, fully equipped 2 bedroom, with a living room and open kitchen, one bathroom. Fiber WiFi.You can enjoy the sunset from the common pool with a Jacuzzi. You can enjoy many seasonal water sports, such as kite surfing, sailing classes, paddle boarding, kayaking, and more. The house is our new beach house to escape from buzzing Bangkok. It is located in Huai Yang, which is 120 km south of Hua Hin or 330 km south of Bangkok. While it is well connected to the main road and train networks, Huai Yang is a laid back in a charming fishing village which has become popular with foreigners establishing their vacation houses there. The village has therefore quite a few restaurants and facilities, including a golf range, markets, convenience stores, a regional health center etc.. The house is new and fully equipped with beds, linens, towels, electric appliances, indoor and outdoor sofas. It has Fiber WIFI (for home office and home schooling), a large smart TV, a Dishwasher, a Washing machine a desk and AC in each room (but please be mindful of the environment). If you feel like cooking there is a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor barbecue next to the sea front pavillon. Else There are 3 beach restaurants in walking distance and many beautiful places to visit nearby. Guests can access the entire house, garden and beach pavillon. They also have access to the common pool and jacuzzi right behind the house (shared with 6 other houses, mostly empty). We are happy to help by text or message as we are Bangkok. The area is quite laidback with beach life, fishing villages and farms all around. There are two National Parks, one is 3 km down the beach and the other one has beautiful waterfalls, only 7 km away. There is a very nice village 2.5 km away with shops and restaurants, and a town – Prachuap at 20km with more restaurants and supermarkets. It is accessible by car and there is a parking.
