If you like animals, nature, relaxing, chilling out, sun baths, pool, my houses are great for you! The wooden house is a open space great for 2/4 people. All equipped and with a big garden for your children, pets or to chill out! Vale da Silva Villas is your home away from home! Casa da Avó has a history dating back to over 100 years. The whole state comprises the main house, where Isabel, the villa's owner, has set her residence,The Back Yard House(Casa do Fundo), The Upper House (Casa de Cima), The Wooden House (Casa de Madeira) the Tree House (Casa da Árvore) and The White House (Casa Branca). They are all independent. Vale da Silva, where the properties are located, is set in a beautiful ecologic area only 15 minutes away from Aveiro town, also known as the Venice of Portugal, where you can enjoy moliceiro trips (gondola) through its various canals. Aveiro offers numerous activities alongside with it's stunning sandy beaches such as surfing, kite surfing, sailing and fitness. It also has a great night life and shopping areas such as Forum Aveiro set above on one of the main canals of the city. The city of Aveiro is also a short drive to the wine regions of Bairrada and Douro, known worldwide for its Port wine. Each house can accommodate from 4 to 6 people and they are fully equipped, apart from the Tree House that only accommodates 2 people. All guests have access to a shared swimming pool and horse stables. The spaces are ideal for holidays and weekends. We have created a restful and peaceful retreat where every house has been carefully constructed and decorated to provide holidays makers the opportunity to enjoy all the facilities and amenities of their own home whilst away from home. Surrounded by a vast green area, Vale da Silva is the perfect place for you and your family or friends to relax and disconnect from the stress of everyday's life. Whether you have or not much time to be away from home, but still wish to enjoy some peace and quiet, Vale da Silva Villa's is your best answer. Casa de Madeira (The Wooden House) Set on a 2,400 meters plot of green land, Casa de Madeira (The Wooden House) is a fully functioned wooden house able to accommodate up to 4 people in an open space with a double mezanine and a double sofa-bed. It has a fully furnished kitchen with fridge, microwaves and a glass-ceramic hob and extractor; cable TV; bathroom with a shower hydro-massage system. In the garden there is a gazebo, where you will be able to take a nap and/or entertain yourself with your family or friends and a barbecue where you can cook all day long if the sun is shinning! Guests in this house have access to a shared swimming pool located adjacent to the Upper House and the gardens surrounding the main house (Casa da Avó). Pets are welcome! Aveiro town centre 12 kms (15min) Costa Nova/Barra beach 20 km Shared swimming pool at the White House, 20 meters away, gardens at the main house, horse riding (ask in advance) bikes and nature. guests can contact me whenever they want or need! Vale da Silva is an ecological green area, so there are only a few farms, crops and about 800 mts of unpaved road in order to keep the environment the most untouched as possible. I have 3 horses and 8 goats on the farm, 5 turtles, 4 dogs that stay at their private kennel and 8 rescued and friendly cats that stay in the gardens, ducks, 4 sheep. If you don't like animals, sorry but Vale da Silva Villas is not for you.
