Our holiday home is very spacious and suitable for up to five people. From the stylish and homely living room with sofa bed you can step outside to a balcony. Situated direct in heart of Constance !!! Floor area: 30 qm (plus balcony) From all our guests (>16 years) who are not for business in town, we have to pay the tourist tax (2,50 person/night) to the city council. From the cozy and light access room with a very comfortable bunk bed you get into the snug bedroom with sloping roof and own writing desk. This room is very quiet and sealed off. The windowed bathroom is modern and quite spacious. On request: Laundry service for a fee. Ironing board and iron can be used for free. It's possible to get a microwave if you need one. Highchair, and cots with linen caan also be borrowed without extra costs. If your next destination is "Lake Constance" we would be delighted to welcome you at Königsschlaf. The seven unique holiday homes in the heart of Constance are hosted by the owner who is available for any question. You just need to step out the door and you can dive into the pulsating metropolis. Take a walk to the Lake, explore the vibrant center of the city, shop around the various boutiques and stores. Or visit one of the museums, the theater or the lovely historical cathedral – everything reachable by foot. The main public transportation stations (train, bus stop and taxi stand) are just around the corner, yet Sigismundstreet is calm and stylish. With your guest card you can take the bus for free.
