Cosy top floor studio with private shower+toilet

Light filled studio located on the top floor of our charming 2 story house. The room consists of 2 spaces, separated by a curtain. one space is the main bedroom/living room. The second space has a little toilet space, a shower and the kitchen. You share our entrance and hallway/staircase to the top floor. The studio has a tiny hallway with room to leave your shoes and/or luggage. The room consists of 2 spaces, the main space is the living room/bedroom area. It has a real bed(140cm width), perfect to sleep 2. If preferred I can provide a separate 1 person mattress with separate bedding. You have 2 little shelf cupboards that you can use, you will also find some DVD's and clean towels. The second space is a little kitchenette equipped with a fridge, an electric 2 plate stove, a water kettle a shower and a separate toilet. There is a curtain so you can separate those two areas from each other. In the kitchen you will also find a little garbage bin, plates, cutlery and tea. There is a little bistro table and 2 chairs, ideal to have breakfast in your room. The studio is part of our town house so you will enter via the main entrance and use our hallway and staircase. But since it is on the top floor, once you are upstairs you are completely to yourself and have the privacy needed. You can close your door and lock it if you wish. Check-in/out: I have my atelier in the house as well so I am very flexible when it comes to your arrival time and check-out time, since I work from home most of the time. I can also provide you with some handy information on the neighborhood, shops, bakeries, restaurants etc, and i can also advise you some great must sees and lunch/dinner places in the city centre. You can reach me at any time during your stay, at home or via phone or email. I will try my best to help you out and make it a great stay in Antwerp. Borgerhout is a multicultural and colourful neighbourhood, with lots of local bars, restaurants and stores. We live in a very lively neighbourhood, yet in a very quiet street, and the historic city centre is not far away. We are located in walking distance from the train station and city centre, but there is also the possibility to take a buss or tram/metro. There is a Velo (bike rental) station nearby, so this is also an option to get around. We live downstairs and on the first floor. Since we have a 2 year old boy who goes to sleep around 8.30pm, we ask you kindly to be quiet in the hallway at night :)
