A cozy and lovely apartment right in the centre of Gubbio, just a few steps from the main historical monuments, cafés, restaurants and shops. It consists of a large living-room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The flat, newly renovated, is located in a central and quiet area (Traffic Restricted Area) and with its tiled floors, wooden beamed ceilings and antique furnishings and, offers all the comforts of a modern place. It is the perfect choice for those interested in enjoying a stay surrounded by the stunning scenery of an authentic medieval city. I personally greet the guests at their arrival and I am always glad to make them feel welcome and comfortable since the moment they step in. The apartment is located in the heart of the town, so you don’t need a car to enjoy your time in Gubbio: all the main tourist attractions are easily reachable by a short walk. Anyway, nearby free parking areas are available (Via di Porta Romana next to Saint Augustine church, Via del Cavarello, San Pietro Car Park) A baby crib or an additional bed can be added in the bedroom on request. Special deals will be available for all the guests with a nearby restaurant where it is possible to taste the delicious traditional dishes of the area.
