SELWYN JUNCTION STABLE

The stable has been converted to a shower, toilet and kitchen area. The main large room is a converted tack room. It offers a large space with one double bed and a fold out mattress bed for the floor. The stables is set in a rural setting which offers a relaxing space to unwind but still only 20 minutes from the city. An outdoor alfresco area is a great place to sit back, enjoy a drink and a picnic. A rustic, alfresco, outdoor space which is ideal for children. Wooden saloon doors offer an unique shower. Only 5 minutes away from Rolleston, 20 minutes from the airport and a 5 minute drive will have you on the Main South road. Handy to the city and plenty of space to park a horse float or traylor and graze a horse. The stables is located on 5 acres of land. Its is accessed through the main gate on Selwyn Road. Ample parking is available and parking options will vary depending on guest requirements. I am happy to communicate with guests via text, email or phone. I like to greet guests if I can but it's also an easy space to be accessed by guests if we are not at home. The stables is across a drive way area from our home so once guests are settled and shown around they are left to their own accord. Nestled in a rural setting with views to the Port Hills the Stables is a very relaxing space to stay. There are large trees and lush green lawns. An ideal location to stay if heading to the airport, needing somewhere to stay before heading south or just parking up for business. A large Olympic size trampoline and a large sandpit overs intertainment for children along with many large open spaces to play.
