Welcome to rent a room in lovely 4-r apt (built 1929) in <3 of City Center (Old Town). The apt has bright, airy, and Scandinavian style. The area is beautiful, historic and calm neighborhood with charming cafés and restaurants. The street is quiet but the city pulse is just around the corner! In the summer u can hear the pulse sometimes. It's short walking distance to Central Station, beautiful parks, shopping district, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, museums, library, nightclubs and much more. The apt is 125 sq.m. Scandinavian design in a minimalistic harmony. The room has a new continental bed 180x200 (u can not split the bed). If you want you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner in the kitchen that is well equipped with everything you need and a dishwasher. U can also use the kitchen for work during the daytime (only until 5 pm). From the kitchen u can enter the balcony. The apt has the absolute best location in the City Center - Old Town, quiet and calm area with but city pulse just around the corner. In the summer you can hear the pulse a bit sometimes. The whole apartment is always clean and tidy like a hotel but you also have the “home feeling” atmosphere. In whole Malmö u need to pay for parking. Mon-Fri the fee is 8-22, Sat 8-16, 25 kr/h and other time 2kr/h. There are parking possibilities on the street but it can be full near the house. There are two parking garage just around the corner. To go around Malmö u can rent bikes from “Malmö by bike”. There are also electric scooters that u can rent. It's 1 min to public buses. It takes 5-7 min to walk to Malmö Central Station and 6-10 min to "Triangeln" Train Station. You can walk to the beach in about 20 min. By train from Malmö central station to Copenhagen airport is takes 21 min and to Copenhagen central station is takes 35 min. I will meet u up when you arrive at the apt.
