The Cherries Gite, comfortable home with Spa Bath

The Cherries Gite is a comfortable, traditional Breton stone walled independent house for two persons. It is set in its own private garden with no on-lookers/total privacy. The house offers a comfortably furnished sitting room with windows to the private garden and patio, Tv and wi-fi and a fully fitted kitchen washing machine free TV in French and Sky in English. Upstairs is a charming bedroom with King size double bed, a separate bathroom with shower. All sheets and towels provided. This cozy, comfortable, self contained home - on two floors with private gardens and a private patio with a Spa Bath and wi-fi is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a hard days work or sightseeing. The gite is situated in the grounds of our own house at the end of a small private road and surrounded by fields. The Cherries is geographically positioned between the Napoleonic town of Pontivy and the pretty town of Locmine , with our local village of Naizin able to provide you with an excellent bakery , a butcher , two bars , a restaurant , a pharmacy ,a La Poste branch, a garage and a taxi service. Should you wish to visit the coast , the beautiful Gulf of Morbihan is 40 minutes away with the unique sites of Carnac and Quiberon to the South East at 40 Km away. The New bypass to Vannes (Opening next year 2022) will allow a 30 minutes trip to the Gulf de Morbihan. A private drive way of 280 meters with guest parking 10 foot away from the Gite. The gite is completely yours for your stay and is fully equipped for any length of stay. Has heating and very hot water. Breakfasts can easily be arranged just ask . We like to say hello and offer a key to our clients unless its four in the morning and we can be forgiven for not being that enthusiastic but we leave the key in the door or under a mat at special request. Our Gite is remote and set it's own private gardens with a Spa Bath. The nearest neighbours are an 6 minute walk....the property is located 3.5 Km from Naizin following a 4 minute drive to the main road to Pontivy/Locmine. The 2 local bars are open 6 days a week in Naizin which boasts a good butchers and a great bakery. The local people are very friendly and polite. There are no Trains here the nearest station being Baud. Buses are non existent although there is a bus service to Pontivy/Vannes twice a day. We have on site parking available for a maximum of two cars. Driving is a necessity here. Very quiet location , very private.
