This gem is based in Siolim in a gorgeous gated community. 2 BHK fully furnished contemporary 1st floor apartment - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living, dining, fully equipped kitchen, 3 balconies. (Sleeps 5 people - 4 in rooms+1 on divan) Amenities: Cooking gas, fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery & utensils, washing machine, 24hrs hot water, water purifier, AC, power backup, swimming pool (common area), parking, 24hrs security and house keeping. AntHill, is a newly build 2 Bedroom apartment in Santaa Rosa, a gated community in Siolim with shared pool. Its a small gated community with only 20 apartments so it never gets really crowded. I've designed it on my own with a lot of love and care paying attention to every little detail, its just that I don't live there but its like my second home. The place has a really nice vibe. It has full glass windows so there always a lot of light which makes it feel very alive and fresh! The apartment is very spacious fully air-conditioned 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Large living and dining room with AC and a kitchen. Its a ready to move in holiday home with all basic amenities like hot n cold water, fully equipped kitchen comfortable bedrooms, very clean 2 bathrooms. The best part is even though you are in a quiet village but only 5 mins drive to busy street of Siolim with links to Morjim in the north and Anjuna in the south (under 20mins). Also supermarkets, ATM, chemists, liquor shops, local restaurants all are 5 mins drive away. Thalasa (12mins) / Gunpowder (18mins) / Olive (20 mins) / Burger Factory Morjim (18mins). If you like I can suggest the best places to visit and explore Goa through my experiences. You will need to book scooters, bikes or car during your stay, which I can help you with. Note: This place is ideal for Families, couples and solo travellers. NO parties or events. Incase of damage, there will a charge. **Linen and towels are provided. The place comes with an Electric kettle, tea, coffee and sugar. Iron and hair dryer on request. If I'm traveling or not available, the Caretakers and House keeping staff are always available any time of day and night for any assistance. There is free car / bike parking available. I'm happy to help with Car or bike rentals, Airport pick ups and drops and recommend coolest hidden hangouts. AntHill is located in Santaa Rosa apartments, in Siolim, a quaint village next to Chapora river in North goa. Just off the Siolim bridge makes it accessible to the unexplored beaches - Morjim, Ashwem, Manderim, Arambol and more commercial beaches - Anjuna, Vagator, Calangute, Baga and Candolim. The beaches are equidistant from Santaa Rosa on either side and are reachable within 10 to 25 minutes driving in the same order. That is nearest beach is 20 minutes to the farthest beach being 30 to 40 minutes driving time. The place is well connected with stores and market in half to 1 kilometre radius. The closest town - Mapusa is just under 15 minutes drive. Go for a walk or fishing on chapora river, walk to the local siolim fish market, eat at local joints, go to quaint little local pubs OR drive 15-30 minutes to the best restaurants in North Goa.
