Easy access to North and South coast with parking

My Studio is situated in Perranwell Station TR3 close to public transport and a short drive to the beaches. You’ll love my place because of the comfy King size bed and electric shower. My place is good if you like a quiet place to stay. There is space to sit outside. 15 min drive from Truro train station and 25 min from Falmouth. Perranwell Station train station is 1.2 miles from The Studio. A train runs between Truro and Falmouth. The king bed can be made up for you as a double bed or two singles. Please advise me on your preference prior to arrival or I will assume that a double bed is needed. The Studio has a microwave, kettle, toaster and under counter fridge. There is an electric hob but no oven and the kitchen sink has no hot water to it. Dishes need to be done by boiling the kettle. There is a selection of pans. Toilet roll, towels, teabags and a jug of milk will be supplied for arrival. The shower is electric with hot water. There is a separate toilet and sink with cold water feed only. There is a space to hang coats and leave boots. There is a table and two chairs supplied outside The Studio to sit. You have your own access. Once you have a confirmed booking you will have access to directions (please read directions) and the key safe code to the property. We have two pubs within walking distance, 20 min walk. The Royal Oak in Perranwell Station or The Cornish Arms in Frogpool. The village has a shop with basic supplies and a Post Office. * Due to the current covid situation you will need to pre book your dining reservations and tourist attractions. We are in a rural location so a car is handy. However we are on the opposite side of the bus route. The no 46 bus goes to Truro and the train station is a 20 min walk (1.2m) from The Studio. The train goes to Truro and Falmouth. There is free parking at the train station. * Due to the current covid situation make sure you have a face covering available when using public transport. We live on site however we respect your privacy. Other guests may be staying in the property across the drive way from The Studio. Please be considerate. Should you need any help with anything please ask and I'll be happy to help We have 4G service for this area or alternatively bring a pre-loaded/pay as you go mobile wi-fi device should you need wi-fi while you are staying. (I’m with Vodafone and have good reception).
