We offer a spacious, newly re-furbished one bedroom villa in the fantastic Maylands locality. A short 4kms from the Optus Stadium and walking distance to the Swan River. Walking distance to Eighth Avenue, a trendy spot for shopping, cafes and basking in the atmosphere of a range of boutique bars. The space boasts an open plan lounge, dining and modern, fully equipped kitchen with a private outdoor sitting area for those cool evenings. Complimentary cereal, milk, tea and coffee will be provided for your stay. The villa is single story, located at the front of a complex within a relaxing garden setting. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and a queen size bed. Bathroom fitted with shower* , toilet, basin and laundry. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided. *Shower has been repaired since past reviews Laundry facilities available for guest use with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Washing powder included. One allocated parking bay available for guests at rear of complex. There are other parking bays available for visitor use. Free WIFI, and smart TV available. Villa is fully air-conditioned with a reverse cycle system. Toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge in kitchen. Kitchen is fully furbished with glasses, cutlery and crockery. Guest access through private entrance with keylock. You will be provided with villa access instructions prior to your arrival. You will have access to the entire home, I live locally however not on the property. I live locally and I am available for any emergencies, however I do not meet guests on arrival. I am always available via phone if required. Maylands has been named one of global travel authority, Lonely Planet’s, coolest neighbourhoods in Australia. It has been described to have recently evolved into a buzzing community hub with a artisanal edge. Surrounded by eclectic cafes, bars and shopping spots including Henry on Eighth - a great spot for live art performances, Swallow Bar, The Woodfire Baker and Vintage Emporium. Approximately a 20 minute walk from train station and only 10 minutes on the train to Perth City. Approximately 50 meters to the bus stop.
