Set on the grounds of the untroubled residential area within a 1 km of the Negombo Center Srilanka. This modern home is situated in center 1 Km to station and 5 min. walking distance to Government & Private Hospitals, food cities, resturants, Pizza Hutt, Dominos Pizza, caffe etc. and 15 min. travel to Katunayake Internation Airport and 10 min. travel to Negombo beach. This villa is entirely reserved for guests. There are two rooms. Each room has bathroom (ensuite bathroom). We are living in a separate house nearby. As the one room is accommodated for two persons, if you want two seperate rooms for 2 person you must select 4 ADULTS on your booking. Entire villa reserved for guests. You can access to Living area, Dining area, Kitchen. Washing Machine, Fridge, Kitchenet, all cooking amenities are available. Guidence given to visiting places of the area. We provide service for your tour of Sri Lanka with car and driver on your request at the time of booking. Calm and quite place. Every day to day facilities are walking distance. Walk to public transport. Home is situated Colombo - Negombo Main Road. Easy to get public transport to anywhere from this place. Enough space available at site to park the vehicle in free of charge. It's 5 min. Walk to Government hospital and the Nawaloka Private hospital. If requred can arranged Meals, Shopping Negombo city, Shopping Colombo, Places to see in Negombo, Places to see around the Island. Airport pickup by a luxury vehicle(Jeep), Provide Transport to any destinations .
