Rodia Apartments 1

Hello! I am Cathrin and I am renting my beautiful apartment, in Kariotes, Lefkada area, which is located in a really quiet and peaceful neighborhood. My apartment can accomodate up to 3 people and is located on the first village outside of the city of Lefkada! I am willing to help you with any questions and suggestions as where to eat, have a drink or coffee, or anything that can make your holidays better! Rodia Apartments 1 is a beautiful lodge in the village of Karyotes, 3 km away from the city of Lefkas. The distance from the nearest beach is only 0.7 km. It is a flower-shaped village, spacious and in the green landscape. It is situated close to the historical archaeological site "KOULMOS", which contains ruins from the acropolis of the ancient city of NIRIKOS, the capital of the island. During your visit to Karyotes it is worth exploring the area of the first Alexandros Alykes built for the first time in the 17th century and they are a major industrial monument (with 2 or 3 km of footpath). Alykes, which was the road of salt, operated until 1988 maintaining the structure of Venetian designs. It is a complex creation of human energy and natural construction. Salts have been designated by the Ministry of Culture as a listed monument. (NATURE). Fairly close to our accommodation, you will also find taverns, (where you can taste local delicious food), pizzerias, coffee, fish taverns, bakery and mini market. It is an apartment with 1 bedroom and a quite comfortable place where the kitchen is located and can accommodate a bed only for one more person. Visitors have access to all areas of the apartment. There is a quite comfortable balcony next to a garden with lawns, to enjoy your coffee, your evening drink or play table in our quiet countryside. We preferred to give them their place. Upon arrival we give the keys to the apartment and provide them with any information that will make their stay comfortable. We are at your disposal for any updates-you clarify by mail or telephone. We are at a quiet, peacefull neighborhood with friendly people. Our apartments are accessible by car or motorbike, and we always provide a parking spot for our guests! Moving to the center of the area, where there is a bakery, a tavern, pizzerias, coffee is also done with the feet (500m). There is a small beach with umbrellas at 700m. For the city of Lefkada there is a bus for one hour. To take the bus walks with foot 2 minutes (100m) Upon the arrival of our visitors, we provide them with written information about their better living in our area. Still with maps, brochures and magazines that we have in the lodgings, they can learn about the sights, museums and events of our island.
