A delightful 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in the peaceful village of Georgeham. Staying in an area of outstanding natural beauty you will be close to miles and miles of golden sandy beach, amazing surf, stunning views and rugged coastal paths. If you’re looking for a family holiday in the countryside, but within easy reach of a selection of beaches, then our property will be perfect for you. Sleeps 4, parking for 2 cars, free Putsborough beach parking pass, decking with bbq and WiFi. Living area: A bright and breezy living space with a comfortable leather three piece suite. Home entertainment includes a flatscreen TV, DVD player, DVD selection, iPod dock, board games, a children’s toy box and a choice of holiday reads. WiFi internet access is also included. Kitchen: A stylish kitchen with plenty of storage space, well equipped for a hassle-free stay. Appliances include a fridge, grill/microwave, integrated oven, small electric hob, kettle, toaster, cafetiere and a good selection of pots, pan, cutlery and crockery (including children’s). There is a tumble dryer in the garage that you are welcome to use. Should you need a washing machine during your stay, the owners can offer you theirs, in their apartment upstairs, at a small cost. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with furniture to store your things. Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom (Bed's can be pushed together to create a double) with furniture to store your things. Bathroom: The family bathroom contains a bath with shower overhead, wash basin and WC. Bath towels are provided. Outdoors: Enjoy lazy summer days outside in the fresh air – deck games and surfboard pop-up practice will keep everyone entertained, and there is a useful surfboard storage rack and wetsuit drying rack. There is outdoor furniture for 4 people on a fantastic deck with glorious countryside views. A charcoal BBQ is provided as well as a parasol. For those without their own surf gear the owner has a Surf School and can offer great value surfboard, SUP and wetsuit hire, as well as surf lessons.
