Stylish 1-room apartment in Biberach

The apartment was completely newly furnished by us in a modern new flat roof house. There is a work area, a fully equipped kitchen with a table and 2 chairs, a wardrobe and a comfortable new sofa bed. In addition, there is a hallway and a small bathroom. The apartment is located about 15 minutes walk from the main station Biberach and from the city center and is located on the so called "Lindele", a hill over Biberach. The company Boehringer Ingelheim ist near and good to reach. The apartment is in a 2017 newly built detached house and has a total of 30m² living space and a separate covered entrance, which can be used for example for parking bicycles. The whole apartment is equipped with a high quality oak floor, the bathroom is tiled. In the kitchen, the kitchen appliances (kettle, coffee maker, toaster, ...) are gladly used. In the living room and hallway there is enough storage space for clothes. There is an internet-connected TV with Amazon FireTV stick (with Alexa). The TV can also be used as a computer monitor and the foot is at the same time a Bluetooth box with amazingly good sound. The sofa bed is 120cm wide. You can stay there for two if you are close together. Alternatively, we can put an extra mattress on the floor. We live with our 2 children the rest of the house and are happy to answer any questions :-) Just a stone's throw away is the Lindele. You can walk and sit there and enjoy the view over Biberach. It is also not far to the Biberkeller (most beautiful beer garden of Biberach). Every 30 minutes bus line 2 leaves from Biberach central station in 4 minutes to the station "Hauderboschen". From there it is only a few meters to walk.
