RIBAMAR SEA VIEW VILLA: The Ribamar Sea View Villa is located in the heart of Ericeira's World Surfing Reserve. The Villa is located in Ribamar Village (very close to Ericeira - 2 km) and it is very calm and safe place just to relax and breathe the pure air of the ocean as well to feelll it! You are also very close from the beach (10 minutes walking) and you reach Lisbon city in 40 minutes by car. The property is divided in 2 floors with a garden, pool and a capacity for 9 persons. The property comprises 800m2 and the villa 220m2, divided in 2 floors with a total capacity for 10 persons. The villa has 4 bedrooms. Occupying the whole first floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 of them with varanda and view to the sea). The 3 bedrooms share a extra large bathroom. The ground floor has a large living room with chimney and a varanda where you can seat and relax, a dining room with a big american kitchen, a social bathroom and a 4th bedroom (Suite) with a private complete bathroom. On the backyard of the kitchen you find a nice place to eat outside, a pergola with bougainvillea and an hamaca to relax, a barbecue and complete bathroom. The swimming pool is located at the top of the plot with an other grass area to relax. Ericeira - often called the Portuguese Mecca of Surf - has become one of the best known surfing destinations in Europe. The town was honored as the first European surfing reserve due to the constant swells and excellent breaks its coastline offers. There are waves during the whole year, in winter even big wave riders find their ultimate challenge and in summer its never too small to throw an aerial 360. Besides of offering excellent conditions which attract more and more people each year, Ericeira has managed to remain its charm. Ericeira continues to be a typical South European fishermen village proud of its long history, which dates back to the Phoenicians and got its Charter in the 12th century. Ericeira is also famous for its gastronomy. On weekends mainly people from near Lisbon visit Ericeira's restaurants looking for fresh fish and shellfish. I am living in Lisboa but I am alwaysavailable to go to the Villa to help you in anything you need. In Ribamar Village you have almost everything you need: fishmongers, butchers, stationary, mini market and restaurants with the best fish and seafood.
