The property has a private driveway. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as pots, pans, crockery and utensils. Tea, coffee and milk will be provided. There are 2 double bedrooms upstairs with king size beds and a room downstairs with a double sofa bed. A travel cot can be provided free of charge if needed. Towels and bed linen are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Private driveway with space for 2 cars. Free parking on road. Private gated garden and patio area to front and rear of the property. The garage/ games room has space to store bikes and sports equipment. Suitable for couples and families only. No Pets allowed. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Host lives 5 minutes away and can be with you at the property as soon as possible. The property is located in Borth which is a popular seaside town near Aberystwyth. With plenty of shops, coffee shops, pubs, Borth wild animal kingdom and a boutique cinema. Borth has plenty to offer. The beach, coastal path and countryside are right on the doorstep, so there is plenty of choice for walks and days out. Aberystwyth town is a 15 minute drive away or alternatively there is regular buses or trains available.
