Uniquely designed tiny house - the "ZedShed"!

The ZedShed is already popular. An ideal place for the creative mind, artists, musicians, or writers or for those who just enjoy nature and the great outdoors. Sitting on the veranda watching the birds or the bats in the early evening. Cows who come to the gate waiting to be fed by the farmer in the morning. This tiny house has a spacious bathroom with a powerful shower. A mini kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, bbq & fire pit . Set in a lovely garden with grapevine covered arbour. The ZedShed is nestled between mature trees over looking the garden and the Trough of Bowland. Within 20 metres a footpath lane winds it's way down through the fields to the village of Bentham. The accommodation consists of a bedroom, ensuite bathroom, a separate mini kitchen and a veranda eating area. It is part of the Lane House and Cottage listing, and can be added to a group booking or can be totally separate. Continental or Full English breakfast can be added (for a supplement ) and is brought to you. Fabulous lawned gardens with mature trees and shrubs. A vine covered patio to enjoy your breakfast alternatively you can eat inside. Plenty of parking at the front of all three listings. Our tiny house is set in the back garden of Lane House and Cottage. Walk on the foot paths surrounding the property. We live in the main House , and we are as available as you would like, We have a wealth of knowledge on good places to eat, and of the best walks and hikes around this area. We live about 1/2 mile outside the village (12 minute walk) and there is a working farm at the entrance to our lane, we no longer farm our properties but rent the land to a farmer, so we have cows in the fields, and many rabbits and birds nesting, including deer in the fields. There are several pubs and small restaurants within walking distance and 2 supermarkets, a chemist and a post office together with a few other shops. A golf club and play grounds are also in the village. There is a train station and a regular bus service. Walking and cycling is a very popular option. We have a cycle hire shop in Settle.We have ONE taxi in Bentham. My husband has been known to ferry people about for a small fee! There is a washing machine and drying facilities/ lines to dry clothes, iron and ironing board in the main house. Please ask and we can facilitate usage of laundry. ( please give notice if you want to use these facilities)
