Awaken to the sound of birdlife and the ocean at this idyllic coastal retreat, located at Bryans Beach, Ohiwa.  Not only will you be mesmorised by the view from your balcony, but you will also enjoy all the comforts that this two bedroom, open plan home provides.  With the bush as a backdrop and the ocean in the foreground, you will not be disappointed by choosing to stay here.  The living areas are light and airy, with a wood burner for those cosy winter nights. There is plenty of room for parking and you can also stretch out on the lawn and stargaze on a summer evening.  Take advantage of some of Opotiki's walks and cycle ways.  Onekawa Te Mawhai Regional Park is right above you for a walk to the harbour. Opoitki is only 10 minutes away and Whakatane is 30 minutes away.  But once you arrive, you'll be in a completely relaxed mindset ready for a wonderful experience. Bryans Beach is a small, coastal community which predominantly has families and long term residents who enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Only minutes to the beach on foot. There is a lovely walk above you, which takes you over to the harbour. A vehicle is required to get out and about. Opotiki is ten minutes away and Whakatane is approximately 30 minutes away, via Ohope. permitted outside but please ensure you remove all butts. If you do smoke inside there will be a charge of $150.00 to remove the odour. SECURITY While we have taken the necessary measures to make your stay safe, you also have a role to play in ensuring the safety and security of your party. We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. Any injuries sustained inside the house are not covered by our insurance.   COMPLIANCE AND FINAL AGREEMENT We’ve set out these rules so that every guest visiting the property has a safe, secure and most importantly fun stay. Compliance with these rules is essential for every member of the travelling party. We reserve the right to evict anyone from the property should there be a breach of any of the terms and conditions.
