Brookerhof: private guesthouse in old farmhouse

Welcome to Brookerhof! You are invited on our beautiful farm. It's a typical marl based home of 1785, located in the middle of the hill land in Limburg. Close to historical cities like Valkenburg (10 min) and Maastricht (15 min). Relax, discover and enjoy the southern part of our country. The small apartment is situated in an old farmhouse with beautiful authentic beams and wooden floors. We furnished the rooms with elegant 'brocante', rustic items and a 'touch of Caribbean' with seagrass decorations. The bedroom on the first floor is spacious and provided with a extra long bed with luxury comfortable mattrasses and linnen bedding. A (sleeping) couch for extra guests and a sitting area. The bathroom on the ground floor with Moroccan tiles, bath as well as a shower, nice thick towels and Rituals bath products are available. Also on the ground floor the kitchen with facilities to have a private breakfast and make a light dinner in the evening. You will receive a key and have your own entrance to the apartment. On the ground floor you will find a kitchen and the bathroom. The bedroom is located on the first floor. Update 2020: we take extra careful safety measures. We respect the Airbnb cleaning protocol. In between bookings we schedule at least 36hrs to ventilate and clean the area. After receiving your booking we send you a virtual tour to inform you of all the details. Direct contact will be limited as much as possible. If necessary we are available for questions and suggestions. B&B Brookerhof is located in the green, vast area of the Dutch hills in the South of Limburg. A quiet and lovely landscape with lots of possibilities to recreate outside. Bikes can be stalled in our barn. Hiking- and biking routes are available. Via the A67/A76 highways it is easy to reach our property. Also there is train transportation nearby as well as a bus stop. In our B&B use of the stairway is inevitable. The bedroom is on the first floor. Breakfast is served daily in a big picnic basket. The kitchen is small, equipped to prepare coffee and tea. Also a small fridge is available as well as a combi micro wave. Pets are not allowed. In the guest area smoking is not allowed.
