The house is located in a safe residential area close to Cetatea Rasnov. Surrounded by forest the place is the perfect choice to enjoy holidays. 15 km away from the medieval city of Brasov, the house is easy to access by DN1E. 7 minutes from the location there are shops such as Carrefour, Lidl as well as gas stations OMV and MOL. The chalet offers 200 m completely usable, fully equipped and ready to host you. The ground floor has a large oriental style living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bath. Upstairs you can find three cosy rooms with their own modern bathrooms. Each room has a balcony where you can enjoy the stunning panoramic view of the Romanian Mountains. The house can accommodate 6 people, in three double rooms and 2 more persons on a downstair comfortable couch. The space provides Wi-Fi, TV, Sound System, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Each room has clean towels and fresh sheets. The view can be enjoyed directly from the terrace of the chalet where you can have lunch or relax. The whole house is available for guests. The host will be available for the entire stay for assistance or personal needs. As tourist attraction Bran's Dracula Castle, sky slopes and Dino Park are just a short drive away. Also, at just 5 minutes away there is a horse trail where you can enjoy a horseback ride in nature. You can reach the location by car.
