Single room next to a park near Sunnybank

It is a clean and quiet home, located in a residential area, yet very close to the main road and the bus stops (4 minutes walk). Situated in the area perched by many restaurants, cafes, specialty shops, It will be very convenient for your stay. Safe and pleasant area to have a walk around. Strong and unlimited internet, it is good to keep in contact with your family and friends, browsing internet, downloading movies and watching youtube, as well as completing your work (if its online based). Guests are loving my place for the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It is a home away from home. I love hosting guests from many different backgrounds and cultures and letting others to stay and have a meal together. We have a cute pet cat who really enjoys getting the attention and cuddles (he is just super friendly) ^^ All of the common areas except other people’s rooms. Kitchen and dining room, bathroom, toilet, laundry area, backyard, front yard, and living room. Me and my husband live in the house, and we love to have a chat with guests, especially during dinner time when we all sitting in the dining room. When we are out for work or anything else, we will be available to be contacted by phone, texts, and emails. The neighbourhood is very convenient and close to amenities, The supermarket Coles is at the Pinelands shopping centre, about 10 minutes walk. There is a fruit&vegs shop that opens 24 hours too. 7/11 convenient store opens 24 hours, The Sunnybank (culinary heaven) is only a seven minutes drive from our place. Many buses and public transport are frequenting the area, easy to get to where you need to go. Taxis, Uber, OLA, and DIDI service our areas as well. Plenty of food delivery service too, making live easy ❤️ Big shopping malls such as Westfield Garden City, Sunnybank Plaza, Calamvale Shopping Centre, are all within short drive of 5-15 minutes. We have 1 free car park space per guest, available during the guest’s stay, it is right in front of our home. Bus stop and the main road is 400 metres (4 minutes walk) from our home to get you to the Sunnybank (food heaven) and the city centre. It is about 15 minutes walk to get to the train stations, there are 2 stations nearby : Altandi Station and Runcorn Station, which are going to the Brisbane Airport and to the gold coast). My place is about 30 minutes drive to the Gold Coast (home of the many tourist attractions, such as Dreamworld, Movie World, etc) Many parks and playgrounds are surrounding my home, it is a perfect place to relax and take a walk, with the birds chirping all day. My favourite park is the one with lakes and ducks living in the lake. Please let us know if you have any allergy(ies) since we also provide breakfast.
