Summer house, 1' from the beach

Beautiful summerhouse, with a front lawn yard and barbecue. Mola Kalyva (or moles kalyves) is a beautiful little village in the middle of Kassandra in Chalkidiki. A minute's walk from the beach, and another minute's walk from the woody green hills. A perfect location, for a quick swim, or a refreshing treck on a packed gravel road. 20 minutes drive from the clubs and bars of Kalithea, Skioni, or the hot springs of Agia Paraskevi, but you will find that the village has a life of its own :) With two bedrooms, and a kitchen/livingroom, the house is percect for a budget vaccation of friends and/or family. Get a tan under the sun, and cool down in the air conditioned rooms, before enjoying your steak or mushrooms on the barbeque, in the front yard, under the shade of huge tents, if you want to use them. Stream your movies, and enjoy nature and eachother's company. All distances in the village are walkable, but feel free to explore with your car, and then park it in your private spot. Small village, with a choice of taverns and bars, pizza places, gyros, souvlaki, and crepes, and amazing -in front of the sea- options for you. There are 2 supermarkets to cover all your needs, and an ATM is a 15 minutes drive..
