Welcome! I Hope you will enjoy your stay. Please remember it’s the county no shops! Our water is rain water from the roof . We have Two dogs one medium breed, One large breed, one small inside dog, Two Cats who roam outside at night. We don’t supply food. DUE TO COVID-19 PLEASE NO SHAKING HANDS. We Are 15 minutes From Pirongia, 20-25 minutes From Te Awamutu. 30-40 minutes from Raglan 30-40 minutes from Hamilton. 30 minutes from mystery creek . It is a very peaceful place, to just relax . Country living , Can be nice and Quite Apart from Animal Noise. An extra person / Child over 5 is $10.00 each The flat is one room , so you have queen bed, Sofa bed, in the one room. You can sit outside and listen to the river ,very nice and relaxing. Meet on arrival , and available if needed , I like to leave guests to themselves They have privacy , unless they say otherwise.. Farming community, with bush walks and streams to access. It is a very nice area to relax and enjoy. You Need Your Own Vehicle As this Is A Country Stay. Main gate needs to be closed at all times due to my Animals not getting out! The Bathroom has a Shower only. Toilet is in own room right next door... No parties No noise after 10pm Check in anytime after 2- 9pm No bookings accepted after 9.30 pm Please don’t try and book after 9.30 pm CHECK OUT TIME is 11am
