Beautiful & comfortable apartment for 2 to 8 people in Torretta, a typical Sicilian village just minutes away from major sites & beaches. Spacious open kitchen/dining/living room area with 2 small balconies, laundry room & small bathroom on first floor. On second floor: one bedroom with large bed & private balcony, one small bedroom with 2 single beds & a bathroom with shower. Top floor: beautiful bedroom with large bed & open bathroom with tub & balcony. We speak English, French & Italian! Great apartment for 2 to 8 persons in a typical Sicilian town. Comfortable, well defined, air conditioned apartment (all 3 bedrooms + living room) in Torretta (Palermo) just 6 km from the highway that leads to the airport and Palermo, Capaci and Isola delle Femmine beaches are also only 6 km away, 13 km from the airport, 18 km from Palermo and Monreale. Also, we'll be more than happy to give you advice on where to go, eat and swim. Car rental is advised for easy access to beaches, city and touristic sites. Public transportation - buses - are however available. We welcome all our guests who stay a minimum of 3 nights with an antipasto plate, fresh bread, seasonal fruit, bottled water and a bottle of Sicilian wine. More details: On the first floor, there's a large kitchen/living room area with two balconies, a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer rack, wash bassin. Small guest bathroom with toilet and sink. The kitchen has a table and chairs for 8 people, a refridgerator, stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, small electric grill, pots, pans and kitchen utensils, glassware, dishware, ceiling fan, tablecloth. The living room area has a large sofabed, a sofa, a coffee table, cd player and an air conditioner. Upstairs, on the 2nd floor, there's a bedroom with a queen size bed, one night table, a closet, air conditioner, desk and chair and a small terrace with a bistro table and 2 chairs. There's also a small bedroom with 2 single beds (one under the other that gets pulled out), a closet, a desk and chair and an air conditioner. Then there's a bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, bidet, hair dryer. Then on the 3rd floor - the last floor - there's a gorgeous bedroom with a panoramic window on top of the bed with a view of Isola delle Femmine and the sea. This room has a queen size bed, 2 night tables, a closet, air conditioner and an open o area - sink, toilet, bidet - with an oval bathtub and a small terrace with a bistro table and 2 seats. Two camping cribs are available for free upon request. Private and free parking space outside just in front of the apartment. BEDROOMS ARE OPEN & AVAILABLE ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF BOOKED GUESTS. Access to all rooms. Bedrooms opened according to the number of guests booked. We are available at all times via email, text or phone for any questions or information that our guests may need. Wonderful and typical Sicilian small town atmosphere. Several bars, pubs, pizzerias & restaurants in the neighborhood (walking distance) and in Torretta’s countryside. Local cheeses, extra virgin olive oil, cannoli, other delicious Sicilian foods and souvenirs can be purchased in town. Personal or rented car highly advised to allow you easy access to all beaches, cities and historic sites. Bus is however available in Torretta for rides to Carini, Capaci and Palermo from Monday to Saturday. First ramp of steps - from the main entrance on ground floor to the first floor where the apt is located - may be a bit steep for elderly people or for guests who have difficulty in climbing steps.
