Borwick Lakes Holiday Caravan

Situated on a new and quiet site Borwick Lakes is the sister site to South Lakeland Leisure Village which is a 5 star resort on the edge of the Lake District. The park has a small children's play area and a short walk away are the leisure facilities, with gym and swimming pool (separate charges apply). There is also a beauty salon and a lovely bar and restaurant with a small man made beach for young children to play at the waters edge. This lovely bright spacious and modern caravan offers central heating , gas fire, flat screen tv, open plan living, double glazing, with patio doors leading onto a lovely balcony with a side gate which is ideal to pets. In addition to the shower room/wc the double bedroom has an en-suite. Please note, we provide bedding for both bedrooms, but not for the sofa bed. Towels - are not provided. Borwick Lakes has an automatic barrier which the key fob will open, on exit it opens automatically when you drive up to the barrier. Parking for 2 cars, 1 space in front of the grass and 1 space at the right side of the caravan. Please do not park on the grass. If you are looking for peace and quiet then this caravan/site is for you. Borwick Lakes is the latest development out of the 3 neighbouring parks and still being developed and established in some areas. The main park and reception is a 2 minute walk away across the road where the bar, beach, restaurant and leisure facilities are. We have ideal walks directly from your door where you can walk your dog around the beautiful lakes and Lilly ponds. Carnforth train station is about 9 minutes approximately from Borwick Lakes. Trains are just over every half hour to either Morecambe or Lancaster. Why not also catch the train to the lake district to see some lovely sights such as Windermere. Trains to Windermere are approximately every 45 minutes to this destination but you are guaranteed a lovely day out to remember.
