Le Barthou

The holiday appartment is on the ground floor of a 300 year old French house. It has its own entrance on 2 sides and a private garden on the sunny side. The style of interior is vintage. The accommodation has a great view over the village. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 small double and 1 with bunkbed. The lounge has a sofa bed . The bathroom has a shower/bath and there is a kitchen with ample appliances. There is ample parking. And use of washingmachine. NB: the bedroom with bunkbed is small and suitable for children. The bunkbeds are 90 x 190 cm * NB: La chambre avec lit surposé est petit et convenable pour les enfants There is ample parking on the property the owners will be on the premises. Otherwise there will always be someone on site to welcome you The village is small and quiet but very close to a bigger town with shops, resto's, banks and a regional market. It is also only 25 min drive from the beautiful historical city of Perigueux. But there are many spots close by to rent a canoe or swim in natural waters. Public transport limited. Best way to get around is a car. Car hire would have to be at the airports Neither the gite nor the grounds are suitable for disabled persons or anyone with walking difficulties * Le gite n'est pas convenable pour les handicappés All Kitchen and bed linen will be provided.
