Quiet Studio on a small rural property

Relax in our studio situated on a rural property between Brisbane and Gold Coast. Quiet surrounds, plenty of bird life and other occasional wildlife. The studio is away from the main residence and consists of a spacious room plus bedroom, shower, amenities, kitchenette and BBQ on patio overlooking tropical garden & pool. We have seven beautiful chooks (no roosters) , a handsome cat and two new baby goats. Petra is fluent in German and Italian as well as English. Gary is fluent in English. The studio consists of a large room with lounge , dining and kitchen, a separate bedroom and a separate bathroom. There is an outdoor covered patio with BBQ. Cooking facilities include microwave oven, undercover 4 burner BBQ with separate wok burner, and electric frying pan. There is a night/day lounge which can be converted for extra persons and a small convertible lounge suitable for children. A basic gym is available free for guest use. A race car simulator is also available at a small fee. Private access to studio . Onsite parking for cars , vans and motorhomes. Gary is almost always available on the property and Petra mainly at evenings and weekend. If you are requiring transport for a social outing this may be negotiated. Our place is very much a place to chill out and relax and we leave guests to their own, but answer to their call. The Logan Village area is certainly horse country and apart from a few dense housing estates , the area is rural properties. We have access to basic shopping such as supermarkets, fuel , bakeries, takeaways, pharmacies, and hotels(pubs). There are also an array of restaurants in a 30-40 minute radius. Getting around is principally by your own transport. We are spoilt for choice of things to do being 40 minutes from the CBD to the north and the Gold Coast to the south and out to the Scenic Rim ( wineries etc ) to the South West. Dreamworld , Movie World , Wet N Wild , Outback Spectacular, Paradise Country are 40 minutes away. Tamborine Mountains with a host of unique shops and eateries is 30 minutes away. We have considerable information available to guests. We also have mountain bikes to hire for those wishing to have some exercise either around the area , or tracks out at Wyangula Dam or riding around the Gold Coast. We are a rural property and as such we have many types of wildlife which may not be suitable for young children or unsupervised children. We are happy to assist with children safely interacting with our two very young goats.The pool area has regulation pool fencing. The dam is not fenced , but is a reasonable distance from the studio and is not considered to be a guest area.
