The apartment is very spacious and cozy with plenty of natural light and very nicely decorated. It is located on the 1st floor (NO ELEVATOR) and you have no side neighbors. The living space is shared with the kitchen and you will also find a small balcony facing the main street. The bedroom is towards the back and therefore allowing quiet nights of sleep. LIVING ROOM * 1 sofa * Big flat TV screen with plenty of International Channels * Round Dinning Table with 4 chairs * Air Conditioning (cooling and heating) * Service bathroom KITCHEN * Fridge * Oven and a cooking stove * Microwave * Nespresso Machine (complimentary capsules) * Toaster * Kettle (complimentary tea bags) * Clothes drying rack * Ironing board and iron In the kitchen you can find all the necessary utensils for making a meal (various pots, pans, dishes, etc.), a kettle to serve tea and a Nespresso coffee machine. It is equipped with a microwave, oven, glass ceramic cooking plate, kettle, etc. ENSUITE BEDROOM * 1 Queen-Size (160mx200) bed * Clothes hangers and clothes storage * Air Conditioning (cooling and heating) * 4 pillows The bedroom has a great mattress, bed linen, duvets and two types of pillows. There is a bathroom in the bedroom. BATHROOM * Hair dryer * Shower basin * Bath, hands towels * Amenities (shower gel and shampoo) In the bathroom we offer soap, a hair dryer and bath, hands towels of good quality. NOTE: Always mind your neighbors and be respectful by keeping the noise to a minimum and mindful about all the common sense behavioral rules. Guest Access: Access is granted by Keys or Door Code which are provided to each guest personally and upon arrival. There is NO ELEVATOR!! Please remember we are not a Hotel and therefore there is no reception neither someone in the property. We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival so we can coordinate your welcoming in person and provide all the information and answer to all your questions. We are available on Whatsapp and will be always connected to you in case you need anything and are 24/7 available on call. We charge 20€ for every check in after 8pm. The Neighborhood: Located in the center of Porto, in a traditional neighborhood with many local groceries shops and steps away from the famous Bolhão market and Santa Catarina street - Porto's main shopping street. There are several traditional restaurants around where you can have a true Portuguese dining experience and avoid the so called touristic restaurants. There are also some more alternative bars where people socialize and share artistic creations. All other busy bars are only a 15-minute walk away. Metro line is just across the street and connections are quite easy. However, walking is what recommend since the center is small. If football makes you vibrate, Estádio do Dragão, home of FC Porto is a 20-minute walk away or just take the metro :)! Getting Around: If you Arrive in Porto by PLANE- AIRPORT FRANCISCO SÁ CARNEIRO. It is possible to get to the city center by our Transfer service, metro, bus or by car/taxi. TRANSFER SERVICE: Easiest way to get to us! Very practical and no need to wait in lines. We will give your contact to the driver and he will get in touch with you directly to coordinate your meeting point - €30 up to 2 guests - fixed price and you pay directly to the driver. METRO- 30 Minutes From Porto Airport- Francisco Sá Carneiro- take Metro Line E in direction to Estádio do Dragão. Get off at Campo 24 Agosto Metro Station. Once you get off the metro, it's a 10min walk. www.metrodoporto.pt BUS- 45 Minutes From Porto Airport. Between 6h00 AM to 8h45 PM, take Bus 602 direction Cordoaria. From Cordoaria, walk for about 20min. Between 00H30 and 05H30, take Bus 3M direction Avenida Aliados. From Avenida dos Aliados, head up to our street. www.stcp.pt TAXI- 20 Minutes Coming from the Airport you will have to wait in line. The apartment is at the address provided. TRAIN- CAMPANHÃ RAILWAY STATION. From the Campanhã Railway Station (located outside the city center) you can take : Metro any line to Campo 24 Agosto.
