Large light and airy bay windowed room within our family home. The room has a comfortable super kingsize bed a seating area with TV and a desk space. first floor of large characterful victorian semi-detached villa style property set back from the broad treelined street which has ample parking. It is a peaceful and quiet location but only 1.5miles from the city centre. At one end of the street are all local shops and the other a beautiful park with lake and cafe - bus stop to the city centre. The room is the master bedroom of the house and is large enough to have a comfortable seating area with TV and desk space with tea and coffee facilities. There is a private bathrooms on the same level as your room. We are a 3 minute walk from the bus stop. The 85 bus runs from Piccadilly bus station in the city centre via the University district. Get off when you come to Alexandra Park on your left side and carry on walking in the direction of travel. We are the second road on the right opposite the park. Please note we have a pet cat.
