Summary: This gorgeous house, recently redesigned with skill & confidence, will make you feel inspired by all the colours throughout. The spacious master bedroom boasting a luxurious super king bed will amaze the parents and the secret bedroom upstairs will delight the children. It also boasts a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a projector for a movie night in. This unique home is located in a quiet mews in the heart of Notting Hill, the perfect haven for your family trip to London! The Space: On the ground floor you will find the chic and spacious kitchen and dining room which being south facing gets lots of natural light. Enjoy your meals at a walnut dining table that expands to accommodate 8 people with ease. The comfortable L shaped sofa in the other side of the room is the perfect place to take morning coffee or afternoon tea! The designer kitchen is both modern and sleek and equipped to a high standard. The lovely green wallpapered loo and a separate coat cupboard with space for a pram are off the entrance hall. Up a flight of stairs is the master bedroom with a super king size bed and a gorgeous marble and dark blue en suite bathroom. The bathroom has both a walk in shower and bath tub. Also on the first floor is the second double bedroom decorated in a beautiful green colour scheme with an en suite shower room. Both en suites have underfloor heating and heated mirror demisters. On the second floor you will find the 3 single beds in two spaces across the entire floor. Please note the whilst the 3rd single bed is adult size, it is an eaves bedroom and as such might not be suitable for adults. Going downstairs from the entrance hallway, is the full height basement with the main living room equipped with TV, fireplace, drop down screen and projector. Also in the basement is the wine cellar and utility room. In all the main rooms are ceiling speakers linked by Sonos so you can control the music of your choice throughout the house! The wood floors are equipped with underfloor heating and for summertime the house benefits from air conditioning in all the bedrooms. Guest Access: Guest have access to the entire property. The Neighborhood: Located right in the heart of fashionable Notting Hill, the house is near to stunning natural spots such as Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, Holland Park and The Kyoto Garden as well as the restaurants, cafes and bars that make the area such a destination within London. It is also a three minute walk from the Electric Cinema, one of the oldest working cinemas in the country. If you're in the mood for shopping, browse the world famous Portobello Market, which is just minutes away and the high end designer and independent boutiques on Westborne Grove. Please note that we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and loo roll for the beginning of your stay and not for the entire duration. Please keep in mind that each home is unique – as you are staying at someone else’s home and not a hotel, the space and amenities will be different at each place. Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own, we dedicate a lot of time and care to it, so please respect the rules, the space and the neighbours. We would really appreciate if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise. The property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hired hotel-quality linen to prepare the beds. This also includes clean towels, bath mat and a kitchen cloth. For bookings longer than 10 days we charge a mid-stay clean. This is the same cost of the standard cleaning fee and it includes linen and towel change. If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged. Please check prior to booking if you will be checking in outside check in hours as a charge may apply. A late check-out is sometimes possible for a fee of 50% of the nightly rate. Interaction with Guests: I am available by phone, email, message, and in person if needed.
