Apartment B2 looks out through the treetops to the main street of Olinda. You will have beautiful king and queen bedroom, 2 marble bathrooms: one with a deep soaker bath, the other is ensuite with double shower and toilet. There is a full kitchen, dining and a delightful sunny balcony for some easy recreation time. Central to the vibrant village of Olinda, Valley Ranges Getaways has 3 apartments for you to choose from. Apartment B2 looks out through the treetop to the main street of Olinda and is just opposite Pie in the Sky and Mangana Crafts and above the Faraway Tree Bookshop. You will have a beautiful king bedroom, 2 marble bathrooms, one with a deep spa bath, the other is ensuite and has a 2 person shower, toilet. There is a full kitchen, dining and a delightful little balcony for some peaceful recreation time. The apartment also has a washing machine/dryer, so a longer stay is welcome. Olinda village is the highest village in the Dandenong Ranges, you can stroll to the National Botanic cold climate Rhododendron Gardens, or wander along to our lovely local shops and cafes. Dudley's is right on the corner for breakfast through to dinner 7 days - they make great Pizza's too! The tariff includes 4 guests staying in this lovely apartments. Do note that there are multiple stairs from the carpark to the front door, and again up to the front door of the apartment so is unsuitable for those with mobility difficulties. Guests have exclusive use of Apartment B2 and a parking space in the secure garage beneath the apartments - access via Mt Dandenong Tourist Rd. Access to the carpark and garage is via Mt Dandenong Tourist Rd, then via a short passage to the front of the apartment complex. There are stairs and no lifts to the apartments. The apartment entries are from Olinda-Monbulk Rd, opposite Pie in the Sky. During your stay our friendly team is available by Airbnb message, or you can phone 9am-5pm daily. Olinda village is the highest village in the Dandenong Ranges, just an hour from Melbourne. Sassafras, Mount Dandenong and Olinda are filled with unique shops and cafés. The area is famous for it's Dandenong Ranges Botanic Gardens and the many acres of walks through the National parks and public gardens. Cloudehill Gardens are a wonderful visit any time. The Yarra Valley with its wineries and other attractions is just over 30mins from your accommodation. Puffing Billy Steam train is about 15mins away. Soak - beautiful candles, soaps and toiletries Visit the many parks and gardens, like Cloudehill (paid entry), Dandenong Ranges Botanical Gardens, Alfred Nicholas Gardens, William Ricketts Sanctuary, George Tindale Memorial Gardens and the Dandenong Ranges National Park are all free entry. Wedding venues abound - Tatra, Lyrebird Falls, Marybrook Manor, Poets Lane and Nathania Springs are all a short drive away. You get the most out of a stay by having a car to get around, and it takes only a few minutes to half an hour to visit most locations in the Dandenong Ranges. Contact the office for details of a private tour/transfer company operating in the area. There are buses running between Montrose and Ferntree Gully or Monbulk. Cancellations due to COVID-19 Lockdown Restrictions only: If government lockdown restrictions directly affect your booking, as a goodwill gesture, we will in the first instance seek to postpone your stay to a future date, and if this is not possible, we will refund your booking total less $125 administration fees. Wi Fi is complimentary, however in 'the hills' sometimes the connection is not reliable, especially in poor weather, and is out of our control.
