The cottage is furnished in perfect country chic style characteristically in the area. In summer you can enjoy the terrace overlooking Gubbio and in winter stay warm in the fireplace. the entrance of the cottage is independent from the property but you can walk in the olive grove and the garden. During your stay may not be available personally, anyway there is a person who coming every day to treat the olive trees and the garden. The district is the upper part of the city, just few meters from cathedral. The cottage is in the restricted traffic zone for the residents, but there is a public parking about 150/200 meters. You are in the old town but immersed in the silence of the nature where they love to live little squirrels.
